Ingredients


  • 1 bag of frozen super sweet Mexican fire grilled corn

  • 1 medium jalapeño, diced with seeds removed

  • olive oil, enough to sauté

  • ½ bunch cilantro, washed and chopped with stems

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • crumbled cotija cheese, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, drizzle some olive oil and heat on medium-high.

  2. Add frozen corn and diced jalapeño until heated through, roughly 5 minutes.

  3. Removed from heat and add lime, cilantro and cotija cheese.
