Lemon and Parmesan Cheese Shredded Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients


  • 1 pound of brussel sprouts, shredded in food processor

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1.5 Tsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tsp dried thyme, top with some fresh thyme as well

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1/2 cup parmesan, freshly grated

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions


  1. Wash, cut the stem and in half brussel sprouts and place in food processor and blend until shredded.

  2. In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil on medium.

  3. Add brussel sprouts and garlic powder, dried thyme, and salt and pepper and stirring occassionally until cooked. This should take about 10 minutes and continue to taste until desired doneness.

  4. Remove from heat and top with lemon juice, fresh thyme, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
