Ginger Cherry Beet Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 small red beet (I used the precooked ones from Trader Joes)
1 tsp frozen ginger cube
Juice of 1 lemon
Optional, add some chai seeds and goji berries on top
Instructions
1. Blend until smooth and optional to add some ice to increase thickness.
