Ginger Cherry Beet Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 small red beet (I used the precooked ones from Trader Joes)

  • 1 tsp frozen ginger cube

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Optional, add some chai seeds and goji berries on top

Instructions

1. Blend until smooth and optional to add some ice to increase thickness.
